Some 8 years ago, I lost feeling in my four outer toes. Over the years this spread to the other six toes - and then to the balls of my feet. Two years ago the local doctors, including a neurologist, said that there is no reason that they could find, and I would just have to live with it. I also had a lot of other issues with stress, exhaustion, and depression.Dr. Goode-Kanawati listened and listened - took a bunch of tests - and found patterns. She suspected mold poisoning - and, sure enough, not only did the tests show mold toxins, but we found mold that was hidden and had no smell. It would fill a book to describe what we are doing to fix the mold in my body and home, but we are well on the way.The numb feet along with the high levels of vitamin B12 in my blood (from a good diet and some tablet supplements) made her suspect that the B12 wasn't being used in the nervous system. So the prescription was weekly high-dose B12 injections. She said it would probably take 5-10 years to fully recover and that maintaining the recovery would require continued injections. Today, after just under two years, the balls of my feet have normal sensation, as do the big toes.We are working on other issues - slowly and surely. When I do what Dr. Goode suggests, I see progress. It isn't easy, but it's worth it. She is one in a million.

Dr. Beverly Goode has been my doctor for over 15 years and I can always count on her being thorough and fighting to find the source of any disease or sickness. She takes her role serious and studies a lab test for six months before she adds it to her practice—when she starts using it with her patients, she really knows all the intricate ways of using the information it provides to facilitate our health. Beverly Medical Center has been absolutely amazing!
